1. Are your products genuine and 100% new?
Yes, all our products on the website are brand new , smell great, and are shipped in original packaging with original retro card and certificate.
2. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Western Union, and wire transfers,and also paypal.We prefer Western Union if amount above 200 euros .Paypal is suitable for amount of 200 euros below.paypal need extra 5% for paypal fee
3. What shoesĄ¯ sizes do you carry?
Woman shoes ĄŽsizes range from US6-8.5, and MenĄ¯s sizes range from US8-12 .
European size is 36 37 38 39 40 for woman and 41 42 43 44 45 46 for man.
4. Do you do drop shipping and can I mix and match?
-Yes, we do drop shipping. But the shipping fee cannot be reduced and shared.
-Yes, we accept mix &match too.
5. Do you have a minimum order?
We donĄ¯t have minimum orders, price is Quantity based, the fewer you order, the higher the price; the more you order, the greater the discount you can get.
6. Will you do customer made?
yes,but the quantity need us to disscussion. However we already sell several customer made products on our web site, and new customer made products come in daily. If you want a different color/ pattern/ model that you donĄ¯t see in our website. You can still attach us with the shoe pictures and send us an email, we will do our best.
7. If we want customer made,what is the qty should we place
At least 100 pairs above ,we can manufacture them for you !
8. Once I place my order, how long does shipping take?
Normally after we get your payment,we will send your shoes within 2-3days,and it will take 6-9 days from China to your country. Door to door service if by courier. Generally after we give the tracking number to you ,you can track them online with 2-3 days,if not online,maybe China Government inpect the courier company,so we will delay and resend the parcels.
9. What happens if customs holds my package?
We are sorry but there is nothing that we can do about this occurrence. If hold on china, we send out free again. If hold on at your country customs. We and client half cost, we send again. Although it should be noted, in our 4 years of business, this all is our business rule, and we always try to ship in a way that is safe and speedy. So donĄ¯t worry about that.
10.what if i did not receive the parcel?
If your address or your customer ĄŽs address is not correct and due to your behaviour (not at home),the parcels return back and stopped ,we will not take any responsibility.If it is our problem,we will resend them to you 100%
11. what address should i receive the parcels? you can write your and your customer shipping address in your order with payment except paypal ,but We ONLY ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
12. when i received the parcels,seems that lost some goods,how do i deal with this case? ok,generally we will send the quantity what our customer order,if you confirm that your package lost some goods,pls take picture of the package with documents within 1-2 hours ,and then send email to us ,we will check with the shipping company again.If confirmed,we will resend the lost goods.
